About Chef Stéphane Tesson

Chef Stephane was born in Guérande Britain. He left the Champs Elysees for Edmundston, New Brunswick, trading fish, raw milk cheese and crispy baguettes for some local discoveries. Chef Stephane Tesson has more than 15 years of experience in fine cuisine mainly as Executive Chef at the Official Residence of the Canadian Ambassador in Paris. He is presently teaching culinary arts at the New Brunswick Community College in Edmundston.
