One of my favorite quote is “If you live local, buy local”. I truly believe that people are recognizing the quality difference from buying local. It is the way our parents ate and furthermore we should all be eating what's in season. The reason that we love eating local strawberries in season is because they are so awesome and fresh. Waiting for a good local thing is something to look forward to and it is good for your health.
